Screened Labor
Through our Select Worker® program, we provide highly screened laborers that are a “cut above”. Select Workers have reliable transportation, verified positive work history, and can act as a lead for other labor help on your project. Each Select Worker goes through our stringent screening and application process:
- Candidates screened by management
- Minimum 3-5 years of positive work history
- No significant gaps in work history
- Skill level testing and assessment
- Safety testing, assessment and scoring
- Must pass a drug screening
