The Branch Manager is responsible for all aspects of the operations of a particular Branch Office. The BM is responsible in assuring that the goals and objective of the Branch are met, and the needs of the customers are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for office operations and coordinating with all staff to ensure job duties and requirements are being accomplished efficiently and effectively
- Manages daily dispatch and payroll operations
- Ensures a safe work environment

- Sales calls to new and existing customers

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Minimum three (3) years staffing management experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Basic Computer Skills (i.e. Excel, MS Word, Internet)
- Telemarketing/Cold Calling Experience
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Ability to drive frequently
- Reliable transportation

Staffing Specialist

The Staffing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of recruiting, screening, testing, orientation, hiring, placement, management, and payroll processing of temporary workers including maintaining all records and invoicing all clients. In addtion the Staffing Specialist develops and maintains customer relations with clients, both over the phone and in person.
Requirements

Account Executive

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for generating new business and oversees the service to existing customers within the assigned territory.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identification and development of new business
- Customer relations
- Enters and maintains continual customer information, status, and communication in the Sales Force Automation system, Salesforce, on a daily basis
- Negotiates rates, sets up service agreements, determines the needs of new customers and communicates the information to the Branch
- The AE visits job sites and insuring appropriate safety is maintained, safety equipment is being properly used and that the temporary employees are performing work in accordance to their level and areas of expertise
- Analyze market trends and participates in marketing efforts
- Participates in trade shows, attends community events, and participates in community organization

- 3+ years Corporate or Business to Business sales experience
- Structured Sales Environment Experience
- Worked in a activity based sales environment and goals numbers

District Manager

The District Manager (DM) is primarily responsible for the operations and sales activity of Branches in an assigned geographic region. The DM develops new business, oversees and supports Branch Managers with the administration of the Branch and assists Account Executives in the field and is responsible for meeting established revenue and expense objectives in the assigned area.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The DM is responsible for identifying potential new customers, making initial and follow up sale presentations to new clients for the development of new business.
- The DM develops opportunities for growth and key target accounts and formulates sales plans for assigned accounts and provides inputs to sales strategies for the District.
- The DM establishes and maintains contact and rapport with employees, customers and prospects with in the assigned area.
- The DM assists in training Account Executives and accompanies them on sales calls, providing direction and coaching. In addition the DM helps with difficult customer problems and participates in important negotiations with key customer.
- The DM provides training and development of staff, including one and one coaching and establishing corrective action plans.
- The DM directs, reviews and evaluates the work of subordinate staff and hires, disciplines and terminates staff and assists the Branch Manger with the same.
- The DM works with the Branch Manager to assess workloads and assigns employees to ensure the timely and proper level of support for ongoing activities of the assigned region.
- The DM is responsible for preparing the annual operating budget.
- The DM is responsible for the production of multiple reports including weekly significant events report and quarterly review financial statistics.
- The DM identifies sites for new branches, negotiates leases for approval of the CFO and oversees the design of the office space and opening of the new branch.
- The DM attends trade shows to promote ProTrades and cultivate new business.
- The DM may perform other similar or related duties which may not be specifically included within this position description, but which are consistent with the general level of the job and the responsibilities described.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a service industry.
